preach, Sister!
Sister Leia Weigh decided to throw our first Sister Show on August 19, 2019. A date that will live in infamy! The event benefited ERSICSS, our local Imperial Court, and their annual beneficiaries.
Kitty Lickentwat and Gin Tervention were chosen to co-host, in spite of being wanted for felony solvent theft in Tupelo. Local performers stepped up to help raise dollar for dollar, a concept Leia is very familiar with! Sister Jenna Say-Quoi even graced us with a sermon before the rest of the Sisters chased rugby players around the bar in a rousing rendition of “I Will Follow Him.”
All in all, it was a success, with a final total of $805 raised for ERSICSS and their beneficiaries.
